User Guide explains installation and usage of SpaCeV.

Requirements

Environment to run this software

  • Windows 10 Only (Home, Professional, or Server)
  • .Net 4.* Framework installed (Windows 10 has installed .Net 4.* in default)

Installation

Instructions on how to install software SpaCeV.

  • Download our Windows software. Download
  • Unzip this file "SpatialProfilingViewer.zip"
  • Double-click "SpatialProfilingViewer.exe" to run

Visualization

Visualize the user data of spatial profiling such as SlideSeq

Step 1: After downloading software and example data, click on the exe file.

Step 2:Click the open button and open the data example we downloaded.

Step 3: The result is shown here.

Step 4: We can change the dot size and color for celltypes.

Domain Segmentation

Instructions on how to do domain segmentation analysis.

Step 1: Click the Analysis button to get into analysis interface.

Step 2: Click the Domain Segmentation button to do the Domain segmentation analysis.

Step 3: The job is completed. Now you may view the results.

Step 4 : We can start the slide show or click those two buttons to view the previous pic or the next one.

Spatial Quantification

Instructions on how to do spatial quantification analysis.

Step 1: Click the Spatial Quantification button to do the spacial quantification analysis.

Step 2 :Click the Select Cell Types to select 2-6 types of cells.

Step 3 :Select one section and run the analysis.

Step 4 : The result is shown here.

Inter-region Comparison

Instructions on how to do Inter-region Comparison.

Step 1 : Click the Inter-Region Comparison button to do the inter region comparison analysis.

Step 2 : Select exactly 2 types of cells.

Step 3 : Click the select session button to select two sections for analysis.
