MicrobiomeGym is an open platform to host metagenomic sequence data,
statistical analysis routines and model
benchmark results. We requires minimal efforts to upload your own data, codes and results. Briefly speaking,
here are the contribution procedure.
- Please contact the author: Xiaowei Zhan (Xiaowei.Zhan@UTSouthwestern.edu), and state your interests to
contribute.
- Provide an documented examples. For simulated datasets, document the model assumptions and code to
reproduce the simulated results; for real datasets, document the necessary reference and state the
permission of usage; for analysis codes, provide a function that takes a standardize microbiome data and
phenotypes and outputs the analysis results in an R list; for benchmark results, provide the calculated
statistics from which datasets and analysis codes so that reproduction of results are feasible.
- Send the datasets/methods/benchmarks to the authors
- MicrobiomeGym team will check the input materials
- MicrobiomeGym will host your resources
We do not enforce or restrict the usage of the hosted resources,
and would like the users to utilize them to their own research. We seek and incorporate your feedbacks.
Please send us your comments if you find MicrobiomeGym useful or just shoot us an email and tell us you
